I naturally grew up in the kitchen and around the restaurant — first as a game, then as a profession. This place is my home.
I’ve been working in the kitchen since 2009, never once doubting what I wanted to do with my life, because for me cooking is freedom. It is the freedom to think, create, make mistakes, and reinvent myself.
If there’s one thing my father passed on to me, it’s the determination to keep trying.
